Matthew 10:1, 5–8
1Jesus called to himself his twelve disciples and gave them authority over unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal every kind of disease and sickness.
5Jesus sent these Twelve out and gave them this instruction, “Do not go among the Gentiles and do not enter into any city of the Samaritans. 6Rather, go to the lost sheep of the house of Israel. 7As you go, preach and say: ‘The Kingdom of Heaven is at hand!’ 8Heal the sick, cleanse the lepers, raise the deade, and cast out demons. Freely you have received, give freely as well.
You will hear this Gospel read at The Good Shepherd Orthodox Church during Holy Week, on Great and Holy Wednesday. It is followed by an Epistle reading from II Corinthians 6:16-18, 7:1.

All services are in the English language and the Service of Holy Unction is held in the Main Chapel of the Religious Centre at Monash University, Clayton Campus, conveniently located in the centre of Melbourne’s residential population.
